Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager - Salesforce to lead a team within our client's entertainment division. This role is pivotal in managing both an internal team of Salesforce architects and developers, as well as external resources, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet our customer obsession. As a Technical Product Manager – Salesforce you will collaborate with leadership to develop a strategy and vision for scaling our systems to create comprehensive tools to improve production efficiencies and improve the experiences for the client's customers.

 

This is a is Hybrid role, 3 days at office in Amazon Calle Blancos site, 2 days WFH.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for rethinking the assumptions behind how traditional workflows and services are built and maintained in order to develop scalable, high impact, new solutions to challenging business problems.
  • Draw from a deep and broad hands-on technical expertise to own large and complex multi-business deliverables.
  • Articulate and drive a strategic vision, bring deep technical and expertise, strong business judgment, and clear leadership to help us build and execute effectively on the complex Salesforce roadmaps.
  • Manage cross-functional communication, identify & mitigate risks to efficient delivery, decompose ambiguous problems into workable plans, and to lead execution across multiple teams.



 

 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of team management experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of technical product management, program management or engineering experience
  • Required Salesforce certification
  • 5+ years as a Salesforce architect and/or developer
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience working on Salesforce CRM
  • Understanding of standard, out of the box Salesforce functionality and where to apply to complex customer needs.
  • Experience contributing to leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience owning roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Extensive experience authoring documents relating to product life cycle including product roadmap, functional specifications, technical product requirement documentation, software development planning, and capturing business requirements
  • Experience communicating with customers, technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe product features, and technical designs
  • Ability to earn trust across different levels and multiple groups of a large, matrixed organization
  • Passion for employee development and mentoring other team members
  • Proven track record of shipping quality code quickly and then iterating on the user functionality and experience
  • Effective analytical and quantitative skills; experience using data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions, and measure success
  • Demonstrated ability to dive deep in understanding the product, our business, and the competitive landscape
