  • Translate business and localization needs into scalable process or system solutions in partnership with product and engineering teams.
  • Lead scenario-based User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across platforms and workflows, representing the business during testing.
  • Coordinate defect tracking, triage, retesting, and resolution; ensure change requests identified during testing are documented and prioritized appropriately.

  • Lead the response to localization, workflow, system, and vendor-related incidents or escalations.
  • Perform root-cause analysis and coordinate corrective and preventive actions across relevant teams.
  • Manage localization vendors, translation requests, delivery timelines, quality expectations, and SLA performance.
  • Oversee request triage and day-to-day tracking to ensure timely and high-quality localization outcomes.
  • Analyze existing localization workflows, identify operational gaps, and implement improvements through process standardization, automation, AI, SME review, and quality-feedback mechanisms.
  • Support enhancements to localization and business systems such as GlobalLink, CRM platforms, Azure DevOps, and related workflow tools.
  • Develop and execute change-management plans for new tools, features, workflows, and process updates.
  • Create training materials, process documentation, stakeholder communications, and adoption plans.
  • Partner with reporting teams to develop and maintain dashboards for operational performance, localization volume, quality, SLA adherence, costs, and demand trends.
  • Communicate project status, risks, delays, decisions, and changes clearly throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Incorporate stakeholder feedback, lessons learned, and evolving business needs into future process and system improvements.
  • Stay current on localization technologies, AI-assisted translation, automation opportunities, and industry best practices.
