Responsibilities

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Partner with product managers, program managers, and cross-functional teams to facilitate Agile project delivery, tailoring processes to team needs and organizational objectives.

  • Maintain project schedules, backlogs, and dashboards; facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives.

  • Proactively identify and manage risks and dependencies to ensure timely delivery of features and releases.

  • Oversee multiple projects or program initiatives, surfacing trends, tracking business priorities, and providing portfolio-level visibility.

  • Support continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements, fostering collaboration, and ensuring transparent communication across teams and stakeholders.

  • Provide regular status updates, including metrics on progress and risks to leadership and stakeholders.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

  • 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in Agile or iterative environments.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders, team members, and external vendors.

  • Familiarity with software products/services/applications; knowledge of Microsoft technologies preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues effectively.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex concepts and situations.

  • Excellent collaboration, facilitation, and reporting skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Agile tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence) is a plus.

  • Occasional infrequent in person activity may be required.
