Responsibilities

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Administer and support Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Manage and maintain Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization infrastructure and Storage Spaces Direct (S2D) clusters.
  • Monitor system health, performance, and availability, ensuring reliable infrastructure operations.
  • Troubleshoot server, storage, clustering, and virtualization issues using tools such as Performance Monitor, Event Viewer, cluster logs, and Xperf.
  • Support SCVMM administration, infrastructure upgrades, patching, and ongoing operational improvements.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Computer Science or related field, or with experience in the financial industry.
  • 5 years of relevant work experience in computer or financial-related fields after obtaining a bachelor’s degree. For candidates with a master’s degree or above, the work experience requirement can be reduced by 2 years.
  • Familiar with Windows Server technologies and operations, such as basic AD management, Group Policy, DHCP/DNS, etc.
  • Experience with Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization and Storage Spaces Direct (S2D).
  • Familiar with SCVMM management tools is preferred.
  • Skilled in using troubleshooting tools in Windows Server environments, such as Performance Monitor, Event Viewer, cluster logs, and Xperf performance analysis.
  • At least two of the following technical certifications, or higher-level certifications in related technical fields:
    • Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900)
    • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
    • Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS-900)
