POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Program Manager to support Microsoft APAC Customer Success Unit (CSU) by driving business program management, operations excellence, governance, and Rhythm of Business (ROB). This role is based in the Philippines and partners closely with CSAMs and cross-functional stakeholders to drive program execution, reporting, scorecard/KPI management, and continuous improvement under defined SOW/KPIs.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders (including CSAMs and CSU workstream owners) to understand business goals, priorities, and success measures.
  • Identify opportunities to launch new programs/processes and enhance existing ones; assess risks, impacts, and mitigation plans.
  • Partner with stakeholders to perform root-cause analysis, define program/process strategy, gather requirements, identify resource needs, and create project plans and targets.
  • Plan, design, execute, and manage programs/processes end-to-end across the project lifecycle; produce collateral to incorporate stakeholder needs and ensure objectives are met.
  • Land and execute programs/processes across APAC CSU and field teams; evangelize and drive stakeholder buy-in using available tools and platforms.
  • Manage pilots and launches to ensure smooth implementation; proactively remove blockers via escalation and stakeholder alignment.
  • Apply continuous improvement methods to simplify operations and improve clarity, readiness, and adoption.
  • Own program governance: document process flows, controls, underlying systems, dependencies, and requirements needed for execution.
  • Manage scorecards and KPIs; analyze gaps, identify drivers, and ensure corrective action plans (CAPs) are in place with stakeholders.
  • Contribute to Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and run regular rhythms to surface best practices, gaps, and improvement actions.
  • Prepare executive-ready reporting, insights, and communications across solution areas (e.g., Azure, Modern Work, Biz Apps, Support) to support ROB and leadership decision-making
  • Support day-to-day operations and planning; attend key meetings, track action items, and ensure timely follow-through.
  • Triage and manage incident/service escalation pipelines; provide assessments and route/escalate to meet agreed SLAs.
  • Analyze incident and operational data to identify trends and insights and improve triage governance and operational health.
  • Support continuity of business operations during periods of change or special circumstances through tactical execution of continuity plans.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, readiness documentation, and knowledge assets; deliver training or enablement as required.
  • Create collateral (decks, newsletters, visuals, videos) to communicate CSU activities and program updates, aligning with review/approval processes.
  • Leverage Microsoft tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Forms, Power Automate) to automate workflows, build forms/flow charts, and improve efficiency.
