POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Cloud Solution Architect to design and deliver enterprise-scale customer engagement solutions. D365 CE expertise is a mandatory requirement for this role. Experience with Copilot for Sales, Power Platform, or SharePoint Online (SPOL) is considered a strong plus.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementations for enterprise customers.
Provide deep functional and architectural guidance across Sales, Service, and customer-facing workloads.
Translate business requirements into scalable and secure D365 CE solution designs.
Define data model, security roles, integration, and extensibility strategies.
Ensure performance, compliance, and operational readiness of CE workloads.
Leverage Power Platform to extend D365 CE through low-code apps, automation, and integrations.
Utilize SharePoint Online for document management and collaboration scenarios integrated with D365 CE.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers and account teams on customer engagement strategy.
Provide technical leadership across Unified and Global Delivery engagements.
Mentor team members and contribute to internal communities of practice.
Continuously align skills with the Dynamics 365 and Copilot roadmap.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
