Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY:

 

We are seeking a Modern Work Engineer - Power Platform  with hands-on experience in Power Apps and Power Automate to design, build, and support business solutions. This role focuses on delivering scalable applications and automations within the Microsoft ecosystem, with occasional onsite collaboration in Japan.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Design and develop Power Apps applications (Canvas and/or Model-driven) to support business requirements.
  • Build and maintain Power Automate flows for process automation and integration.
  • Utilize Copilot Studio to enhance automation and user productivity.
  • Develop and execute PowerShell scripts for automation and operational tasks.
  • Troubleshoot application and workflow issues, including basic networking dependencies (HTTP, TLS, TCP/IP, DNS).
  • Support Power Platform solution deployment and lifecycle management.
  • Contribute to Power Platform governance and security best practices (where applicable).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Hands-on experience with Power Apps development
  • Experience building Power Automate flows
  • Experience using Copilot Studio
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
  • Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (HTTP, TLS, TCP/IP, DNS)
  • Japanese language proficiency (native or fluent, reading/writing/speaking/listening)

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with Power Platform governance and security design
  • Experience deploying Power Platform solutions
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dataverse
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 deployment and planning
  • Advanced PowerShell development experience
