Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Deploy, configure, and maintain **SharePoint Online/Server**, ensuring optimal performance. 
  • Design and implement document management, workflow automation, and collaboration solutions (e.g., Teams integration). 
  • Develop custom solutions (Power Apps/Power Automate/SPFx) or migrate legacy systems. 
  • Manage user permissions, security policies, and compliance requirements (e.g., data classification, audit logs). 
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide end-user training/support. 
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate SharePoint with other systems (e.g., Azure AD, SQL).  
  • Support SA ICT staff throughout and post-migration.
  • Assist with the adoption of OneDrive for Business

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10+ years in SharePoint implementation/administration; migration project experience is a plus.  
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 Admin center
  • Experience of administration work by using SharePoint Online Admin Center
  • Experience of SharePoint Server (design, build)
  • Experience of administration work by using SharePoint Admin Center
  • Experience of site administration (Experience of site building)
  • Basic knowledge of computer network (HTTP, TLS, TCP/IP, DNS)
  • Enough knowledge of computer network (HTTP, TLS, TCP/IP, DNS or knowledge of Web Server/browser)
  • Understanding of enterprise security models and compliance standards. 
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Analytical mindset and ability to learn quickly
  • Japanese native or fluent (Read/Write/Speak/Listen)
  • English skill is not necessary.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Knowledge of OneDrive for Business
  • Experience of SharePoint by using PowerShell scripts
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 products and services (especially Viva Connection, Viva Engage, Stream, loop)
  • Knowledge of Identity (AD / Entra ID / Entra ID Connect / ADFS / WAP)
  • Knowledge of Windows Server
  • Knowledge of IIS
  • Knowledge of SQL Server
