Job Description:

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to support our client’s Teams Interoperability Compliance Program. This is a hybrid role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, offering the opportunity to work closely with global engineering teams and external developers building integrations with Microsoft platforms.

Role Overview

In this role, you will support the execution and day-to-day operations of the Teams interoperability compliance program. You will help manage program workflows, track compliance activities, support engineering teams, and ensure operational excellence across testing, developer engagement, and support processes.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Monitor and track program status, inventories, and testing obligations related to Microsoft Teams interoperability compliance.
• Manage and drive triage review processes, ensuring timely resolution of issues across engineering, partner, and support teams.
• Responsible for the monitoring and management of the project dashboard, ensuring real-time tracking of project progress and timely reporting of key metrics.
• Collaborate with technical teams to track bugs, manage resolution workflows, and support consistent issue management.
• Develop and maintain program documentation, training materials, and content for engineering and partner enablement.
• Coordinate and execute operational tasks for ongoing compliance testing, reporting, and developer support activities.
• Support the management of sample code repositories, coordinating with engineering for updates and fixes.
• Collaborate with engineering partners to provide visibility into blockers, risks, and progress for test and development efforts.
• Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality work delivery; possess the ability to effectively advance work in contexts with ambiguous information or evolving requirements.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in program or project management in a technical or engineering environment.
• Solid project management experience is a must-have. An engineering background is preferred; familiarity with technical project contexts is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects, track dependencies, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with experience in monitoring, triaging, and tracking issues across multiple teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear documentation and training materials.
•  Demonstrate excellent stakeholder communication skills; able to collaborate closely with development teams, engineering teams, and cross-timezone team members (including Vietnam and US teams) to align goals and drive project execution.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Familiarity with software development processes or API lifecycle.
• Experience contributing to or managing open-source projects, especially related to developer tools or documentation is a plus.
