Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY:

This Individual Contributor role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can navigate technical systems while effectively managing project workflows, project timelines and stakeholder expectations. Expertise in business tools and platforms such as PowerApps, CRM, and ADO, with the ability to configure and optimize such systems is a plus. Experience in contract management is required, with the ability to quickly adapt and take ownership of related processes.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Provide hands-on support and configuration assistance for business tools (publication platforms, contract assembly/configuration tools, project management tools). Serve as a point of contact for troubleshooting and field/stakeholder support related to contract content/structuring, contract review to align program, legal, business, policy, localization, contract harmonization and compliance requirements. Experience with contract management software is a plus.

  • Contract Support: Assist in the preparation and formulation of new contract terms. Coordinate with the legal team for the review and approval of new terms.

  • Lead and coordinate multiple projects related to contract and exhibit management, ensuring timely execution and delivery. Track progress, document, manage risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and drive efficiency.

  • Support the evolution of contract assembly tools and participate in the testing of related processes to ensure smooth transitions and operational efficiency.

  • Organize, collect, and consolidate field requests for new empowerments or updates. Manage requests for EmpGuide entries and alternate clauses.

  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of all onboarding/processes/FAQs/meeting notes. Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3–5 years of experience in project management or related tasks, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines effectively.

  • Proficiency in business tools such as PowerApps, CRM, and ADO, with hands-on experience in configuration and helpdesk support.

  • Experience with contract management software is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Master Data Management (MDM) systems and their integration into business processes.

  • Experience in contract management, legal documentation, or related fields is a plus.

  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and engage with internal stakeholders.

  • Strong business acumen with an analytical mindset to optimize processes and improve efficiency.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Occasional infrequent in person activity may be required

  • A competitive pay range of $75,000 - $80,000 (depending on experience).
  • 15 days per year of Paid Time Off (PTO).
