Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY:

  • We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Consultant / Developer to support application and automation development initiatives using Microsoft Power Platform. The role is primarily remote, with occasional onsite delivery within Japan (approximately once every two months).
  • The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and PowerShell scripting, along with a solid understanding of basic computer networking concepts. You will work closely with stakeholders to design, develop, deploy, and govern Power Platform solutions that meet business requirements.
  • This role requires native Japanese language skills, strong communication abilities, and the capability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience of Power Apps Application development
  • Experience of Power Automate flow development
  • Experience of usage of Copilot Studio
  • Experience of usage of Powershell scripts
  • Basic knowledge of computer network (HTTP, TLS, TCP/IP, DNS)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Japanese native or fluent (Read/Write/Speak/Hear)
  • English skill is not necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience of Power Platform security governance design
  • Experience of Power Platform solution deployment
  • Experience of solution development by using Microsoft Dataverse
  • Experience of development of Powershell scripts
  • Experience of M365 deployment and planning
