Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

We are looking for a Modern Work professional who can design, implement, and operationalize solutions that leverage Microsoft 365 Graph and Copilot to improve collaboration, productivity, and compliance across our environment. The ideal candidate will translate business scenarios into technical architectures, enable Copilot safely and at scale, and integrate organizational content via Microsoft Graph for high‑quality, context‑aware outcomes inside Microsoft 365 apps.

  • Copilot Readiness & Enablement
    • Assess tenant readiness, licenses, and prerequisites; plan phased enablement and user onboarding for Microsoft 365 Copilot.
    • Configure Copilot experiences in Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook/Teams and drive adoption through scenario‑based use cases and prompt best practices.
  • Microsoft Graph Integration
    • Design solutions that utilize Microsoft Graph signals (mail, files, meetings, chats) to ground Copilot and enhance relevance while respecting identity, permissions, and compliance boundaries.
    • Implement governance patterns for accessing and using Graph data in Modern Work scenarios.
  • Security & Compliance (Modern Work)
    • Work with Security/Compliance teams to align Copilot and Graph usage with Zero Trust and Purview controls (data loss prevention, sensitivity labels, audit).
  • Adoption & Change Management
    • Develop enablement content, run Copilot Labs/sessions, and coach users on effective prompting; measure impact via dashboards and feedback loops.
  • Operations & Support
    • Create support playbooks for Copilot incidents, performance, and user queries; monitor telemetry and iterate on configuration.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Microsoft 365 Copilot (Hands‑on) - Practical experience enabling Copilot for Microsoft 365, including licensing, identity (Entra ID), app integrations, and compliance-aware deployment.
  • Microsoft Graph (Applied) - Ability to design solutions that consume Graph signals to improve Copilot outputs; understanding of permission inheritance and service boundaries in Microsoft 365.
  • Modern Work Foundation - Strong knowledge of SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Outlook, and Power Platform integration patterns in enterprise collaboration scenarios.
  • Security & Governance - Familiarity with Purview/Zero Trust principles, data residency, privacy, and audit requirements for Modern Work workloads.
  • Enablement & Communication - Experience crafting adoption plans, training materials, and prompt‑writing guidance for business users.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 10 years of IT experience.
