Job summary:

We are looking for a Devops Engineer for a remote based opening in Vietnam/India for one of our reputed client.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Operate and optimize backend services, agents, and extension components (Windows & Linux).
• Automate deployments, monitoring, alerting, and log pipelines; tune signals to reduce noise.
• Triage incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement durable fixes.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines for existing services.
• Execute recurring compliance, security, and audit tasks; maintain readiness.
• Support environment expansion and automation initiatives.
• Participate in 24×7 on-call rotation; meet defined incident SLAs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3–5 years in DevOps/SRE/cloud operations.
• Proficiency in C#, Go, PowerShell; strong troubleshooting skills on Windows/Linux distributed/cloud systems.
• Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure automation, observability, and distributed systems.
• Proven incident management and delivery of durable fixes.
• Fluent English for operational coordination.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with telemetry, agent/extension components, and alert automation.
• Familiarity with hybrid/multi-cloud environments and secure credential management.
• Experience implementing automated mitigations and alert tuning.
• Audit execution experience.
