Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator with strong expertise in Flows and a working knowledge of Apex to support, maintain, and enhance our Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring system stability, optimizing business processes, and driving automation to improve user productivity and customer experience. This position is remote, with 1 monthly team meeting at the office and occasional visits to client site (est. once per quarter).

 

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

 

  • Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Design, build, and maintain Salesforce Flows to automate complex business processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Support declarative development (validation rules, page layouts, record types, reports, dashboards).
  • Partner with developers on Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWCs) when requirements exceed declarative capabilities.
  • Manage data integrity, including data imports, deduplication, and cleansing.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices.
  • Assist with Salesforce releases, testing, and new feature rollouts.
  • Provide end-user training, documentation, and support.
  • Ensure compliance with governance and security policies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows (Record-Triggered, Scheduled, Screen Flows, Subflows).
  • Basic to intermediate Apex knowledge (ability to understand code, assist with debugging, and write simple classes/triggers).
  • Proficiency with reports and dashboards.
  • Experience with data management tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard).
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201) preferred.
  • Additional certifications (Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I) are a plus.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Occasional infrequent in person activity may be required

  • English B2+ or higher

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud.
  • Familiarity with integrations (APIs, middleware, connected apps).
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
