POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Modern Work Engiener for a hybrid role in South Korea.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Analyze problems, maintain, extend accreditations and certifications, assist in developing best practices for key technologies and products to support technical team readiness
Demonstrate strong communication skills; ability to develop strategic ongoing customer relationships, gain trust and respect for Microsoft Premier. Engineers must also possess strong technical writing, presentation and training skills.
Deploy, configure, maintain, and optimize Microsoft Teams to ensure platform stability and performance.
Manage Teams meetings, voice calls, collaboration features (e.g., channels, file sharing), and third-party app integrations.
Troubleshoot user issues (e.g., login failures, meeting connectivity, permissions) and provide training and guidance.
Develop Teams usage policies, security measures, and compliance standards to meet data protection requirements.
Monitor Teams service health, respond to incidents, and collaborate with Microsoft support for issue resolution.
Optimize integration between Teams and other Microsoft 365 services (e.g., SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange).
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Broad knowledge of on-premises Microsoft products with deep understanding of (at least) three of the following: Exchange Server, SCCM, Active Directory, Sharepoint Server, Virtualization, Networking.
Technical experience with on-premises infrastructures, architecture designs, deployment, troubleshooting, and technology management.
5 years or more project experience.
6+ years’ experience in architecture designs, deployment, troubleshooting, technology managementDeep understanding in Exchange server architecture 2010\2013\2016\2019
Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V) platforms
