Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for BI Analyst for a remote position in US.

 

The Partner BI team aims to monitor and analyze traffic from Microsoft Partner Center & Microsoft Sales Experiences, look for content worth improving, increase site user amount and user retention rate, and support the Portal/PM team to make better business decisions.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Apply a breadth of tools and analytical techniques to answer a wide range of high-impact business questions
  • Understand and translate business requirements, and apply analytical methods to drive decision-making processes
  • Communicate effectively with Microsoft clients and be able to work off hour with Beyondsoft’s offshore team in Shanghai,China.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI to track traffic and other business metrics on daily/weekly/monthly basis
  • Develop and automate data pipelines, and solve issues promptly
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst
  • 1+ years working knowledge of SQL
  • 1+ years working knowledge of Power BI or Tableau
  • Advanced proficiency with C# or Python
  • Superior analytical and quantitative skills, comfortable diving deep into very large fields of data, figure out how things work, then relentlessly testing and optimizing to drive desired outcomes
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure with multiple deliverables, some larger with longer timelines and others requiring immediate attention and completion
  • Occasional infrequent in person activity may be required

  • A competitive pay range of $70,000-$75,000 (depending on experience).
  • 15 days per year of Paid Time Off (PTO).
