POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a SharePoint + Viva Solutions Consultant to design, deploy, and optimize our enterprise digital workplace platform. You will combine SharePoint’s document management with Microsoft Viva modules(Connections, Insights, Learning, Topics) to create an intelligent employee experience.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Platform Implementation

  • Architect SharePoint Online/Server sites with optimized search, permissions, and metadata 

  • Configure Microsoft Viva (e.g., Connections dashboards, Insights analytics) 

  • Integrate with M365 ecosystem (Teams, Power Platform, Azure AD) 

• Custom Development

  • Build Power Apps/Power Automate solutions for SharePoint automation 

  • Design Viva Connections personalized employee portals 

  • Develop Viva Insights productivity reports for leadership 

• User Enablement

  • Create training materials and conduct workshops for end-users 

  • Promote adoption of SharePoint/Viva best practices 

• Security & Complianc

  • Enforce DLP policies and data governance standards 

  • Monitor platform performance and cost optimization 

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 8+ years in SharePoint administration/development
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Viva (at least 2 modules)
• Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps/Automate)
• Microsoft 365 certification (e.g., MS-900, MS-700)

PREFERRED:

• Experience with Viva Engage (Yammer) or Viva Goals
• Knowledge of Azure AD access controls
• Basic front-end skills (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
