Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY:

This hybrid role supports business operation process management. The role ensures the team is equipped and run smoothly on a day-to-day basis.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Manage legal agreements routing system, process and contract filing management
  • Manage and ensure compliance on company seals usage policy for Microsoft and other affiliates.
  • Manage other corporate information, litigation, and legal documents filing and archiving.
  • Support outside counsel management.
  • Deliver excellence in budget planning management as year marked during the planning cycle.
  • Owing the rhythm of business check points (as defined by MS) and recommend proactive course correction if required.
  • Deliver excellence in compliance for department spending, including but not limited to employee T&C and membership fees for CELA managed industry, non-profit, or public associations.
  • Deliver excellence in department purchase order process.
  • Deliver excellence in department interns and its internship management.
  • Deliver excellence in CELA internal or external event support, upon request.
  • Processing Support Contract for Post Validation
  • Support Accreditation Requirements
  • Support Payment Collection Requirements
  • Facilitating Workshops / CSU Events
  • PO Creations (Initiate PO request creation)
  • Review and processing of PO and quotations.
  • Processing of Admin-related Documents
  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Preparation of Certifications for CSU Workshops

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of related experience in business operation management
  • Experience with program or project management experience is preferred.
  • Good planning skill with strategic thinking
  • Self-driven with very good communication and business analytical skill
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Fluent in English
