Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Area EPS Business Manager is a strategic advisor and operational partner to the Area Chief Partner Officer (CPO), responsible for driving in-Area business rhythms, team communications, and partner-facing execution across the Enterprise Partner Solutions (EPS) organisation in their respective Area. This role ensures alignment between global, reginal and Area strategies and execution, enabling the CPO to focus on partner impact, growth, and transformation.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Business Management: Lead and orchestrate the Area’s business rhythm, drive operational excellence and ensure timely execution of key deliverables.
  • Executive Communications: Develop and manage internal and external communications for the CPO, including partner briefings, leadership updates, and strategic narratives aligned with MCAPS priorities.
  • Partner Marketing Support: Collaborate with the Partner Marketing team to support Area-specific campaigns, events, and partner engagement aligned to the five sales priorities and solution areas.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a connector across GPS, STU, CSU, and other stakeholder teams to ensure cohesive execution of partner strategy and field enablement.
  • Change Management: Support the CPO in landing organisational changes, new programs, and strategic initiatives, ensuring clarity and consistency across the partner ecosystem.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in business management, partner/channel operations, or executive support roles.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence across levels.
  • Experience working in a matrixed, global organisation with cross-functional teams.
  • Local language skills as determined by the Area EPS Lead
  • Familiarity with Microsoft’s partner ecosystem and MCAPS operating model is a plus.
