Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced Developer to lead a team. This position is fully remote.

 

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Develop AI-powered tools and utilities using Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and GitHub Copilot.
  • Build intelligent assistants, chat interfaces, and automation workflows that integrate with Microsoft 365, Teams, and internal systems.
  • Use prompt engineering and LLM orchestration to tailor AI behavior for specific use cases.
  • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) using Azure AI Search and vector embeddings.
  • Collaborate with product teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven tooling and automation.
  • Ensure tools are secure, scalable, and compliant with AI standards.
  • Document tool architecture, usage patterns, and deployment workflows.
  • Stay current with the evolving AI ecosystem and contribute to internal best practices.
  • Mentor and lead team
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in application or tools development.
  • Previous experience with leading and mentoring a team.
  • Proficiency in C#, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and GitHub Copilot.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, Azure Functions, and Power Platform.
  • Strong understanding of LLM capabilities, prompt design, and semantic search.
  • Occasional infrequent in person activity may be required
