POSITION SUMMARY:

The Customer Success Manager role will be based in Manila and will support our flagship customers in the industry in the Philippines. This is an exciting role that will drive usage and consumption of customer owned workloads that will create bonds with both the Student and Teacher personas to fuel customer success, retention, growth, renewal and inoculate us against the competition. The work will be focused on helping this customer achieve more and realize their vision of modernizing Modern Worker Solution in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

 WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Drive Microsoft 365 usage with a focus on Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online & Outlook deployment and adoption
  • Drive success with Teachers and Students on OneDrive, OneNote and SharePoint Online adoption
  • Drive end-user excitement to create viral adoption (e.g. excitement days, champions programs).

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in promoting/demoing or supporting technology to Enterprise customers with customer success or post sales solution support experience is desirable
  • Experience in driving adoption of technology solutions or processes.
  • Change Management Expertise - desirable
  • Understanding of Microsoft 365 workloads such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, OneNote, Teams and M365 Apps. Microsoft 365 Certifications -desirable
  • Learn it all mentality with desire to better understand both business and technology solutions
