Position Summary:

We are looking for a Marketing Program Manager for hyurbid role in Kuala, Lumpur Malaysia. 

 WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Product Advocacy: Be the expert on Microsoft Business Applications to provide consulting on
  product marketing programs/campaigns to executive-level leader in Microsoft Business
  Applications solution area.
• Field Enablement: Ensure field communities have the support and readiness needed to run the
  business, across segments and across 6 ASEAN markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand,
  Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam) for the priority Solution Plays.
• Marketing Planning and Management: Lead and roll out the Microsoft Business Applications
  Solution Play including marketing programs and campaigns from Microsoft Corporation.
• Understand the strategy, identify the target audience, build or adjust the materials, ensure event
  attendance, delivery or identify delivery resources and co-ordinate their time. This has to run
  across 6 ASEAN markets.
• Pipeline Management: Develop and orchestrate execution of Microsoft Business Applications
  Solution Play marketing events to generate consistent pipeline, track efficacy of the execution
  plans, and drive pipeline accountability from Sales, Marketing, and Partners across 6 ASEAN
  markets
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years marketing strategy, program management, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience on CRM or ERP or Business Applications OR equivlent experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 8+ years marketing strategy, program management, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience on CRM or ERP or Business Applications AND Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent experience.
• 5+ years experience managing and expanding a product/solution portfolio and driving demand generation and pipeline acceleration within a complex (e.g., multinational or matrixed) organization.
• Ability to speak native Malaysian language and English is required for this role.
• Occasional infrequent in person activity may be required
