POSITION SUMMARY:

Our client is seeking a Contract Analyst for a Remote based position in India.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Combine knowledge of business policies, deal structures, and technical skills to navigate through complex deals and advise sellers on best practices.
• Leverage a library of detailed work instructions as guidance to critically assess various aspects of contracts that fail validation procedures.
• Promotion of strong contracting and financial practices to reduce risk and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Close collaboration with peers, sellers, program owners, and higher tiered contracting professionals in the business.
• Keep up to date with new policy changes and guidelines and adjust processes accordingly.
• Case management in internal CRM tools.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2-4 years’ experience in an analytical role in business, finance, accounting, tech, or contract/policy review.
• Must have a 4-year university degree or equivalent, preferably with a focus in business, finance, or accounting.
• Understanding of basic financial calculations (including discounting, proration, etc.)
• Must be tech-savvy and motivated to learn new technologies and systems quickly.
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office programs (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams).
• Must have a high attention to detail and demonstrable critical thinking skills.
• Strong research skills and comfortable working independently.
• Have a strong business acumen and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, English B2+ or higher.
• Prefer candidates that have worked with a US/UK company prior.
