Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY:

Beyondsoft is looking for Tier 1 support specialist for a remote based positon in India. Its a long term contract based position for one of our reputed client in Redmond WA. The canddiate should have good communication skills and relevant customer support expereince. 

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Handle Tier 1 support, email-based communication with customers seems more like Tier 1 support.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years high-volume contact center environment, native business English communication skills.
  • Candidates should have previous ASMS (Azure Service Management Support) experience.
  • Previous experience or working at Microsoft for Mindtree, Sonata, or Infosys background for Azure or M365 customer service is a big plus.
