Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY:

 

We’re hiring a Resource Manager in Costa Rica to support our recruiting team. Ideal candidates have HR, Account Management and Recruiting experience. This remote role requires occasional in-person meetings or office visits.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

 

Resource and Account Management

  • Handle end-to-end management of Beyondsoft staffing assignments with various clients
  • Collaborate with clients to discuss projects and business growth
  • Manage hardware inventory and hardware assignments
  • Oversee VMS time-card process for employees, time off requests, leaves, extensions and client billing
  • Coordinate with internal teams on employee updates and support corporate communications
  • Build strong employee relationships to enhance experience, retention and engagement. This will include conducting regular check-ins on project satisfaction and career growth
  • Maintain and update the Resource Management tracking tool
  • Promote the employee referral program and job leads referrals
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Recruiting and Other

  • Assist Recruiting team with sourcing, phone screening and interview scheduling
  • Support hiring events, career fairs, and recruitment initiatives
  • Support employer branding efforts through social media and outreach
  • Perform additional recruitment/onboarding-related tasks assigned

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • 5 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition or employee management
  • Ability to build strong communication, both in person and virtual
  • Problem-solving attitude and able to adapt to change quickly
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS) and HR software (ADP)
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with little to no direct supervision
  • Experience working in a staffing firm or consulting company a plus
