POSITION SUMMARY:

Our client is looking for Software Development Engineer for a fully remote role. The main function is to help with the manual devops for fine-tuned models. To be specific, we need a vendor to help white-gloved deployments for BizChat and Tenant Copilot fine-tuned Large Language Models.

 

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

 

  • Work as part of a project team to coordinate LLM FT Deployments
  • Review project requests describing user needs to estimate time and cost required to accomplish project. T
  • The purpose of this team is to assist partners in creating machine learning models, particularly for the new Copilot initiative. They are working on developing automated solutions to enable partners to create these models independently. Until these solutions are fully operational, the team requires a DevOps person to manually create the models, which is a time-consuming task.
  • This role will contribute to helping partners create new Copilot models. This involves both manual creation of models and developing automated solutions for partners to create models independently. Working on creating automated solutions to streamline the process of model creation, aiming to reduce the need for manual intervention. These projects are crucial for supporting the Copilot initiative and enhancing the efficiency of model creation for our partners.

Qualifications

MINIMUN QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Minimum 5+ years experience with C# and .NET
  • Minimum 5+ years experience with React JS
  • Minimum 5+ years experience with Azure
  • Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
  • Basic mentoring skills are necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
  • Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle: from business/systems analysis through requirements gathering and functional specification authoring, to development, testing and delivery.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issues.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and software.
  • Knowledge of computer development software as it relates to systems, such as C#, SQL, VisualBasic, etc.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a relevant field is required.

  • A competitive pay range of $64 - $67/hr (depending on experience).
  • 15 days per year of Paid Time Off (PTO).
