POSITION SUMMARY:

 

We are looking for someone with great program management and business analysis skills. This fully remote Program Manager will be a team player and will have a positive attitude with the tenacity and resilience to deliver in complex, fast-paced environments. They will have excellent communication skills, with a proactive workstyle to pick up and run with projects that drive impact.  

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage intake volumes and processes to support interim manual pricing exceptions to support the field sales organization.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert to assist internal client teams with existing and new scenarios requiring interim manual pricing.
  • Act as a point of escalation and for communications to internal teams.
  • Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates, product designs, and changes.
  • Reduce field escalations by providing options when needed.
  • Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
  • Support development of cross-functional analyses, plans, and enablement strategies, drive momentum through project management activities, develop a view of execution gaps, work with stakeholders and SMEs to research issues, document current and future states, define and drive solutions/plans across teams to close gaps
  • Forging strategic partnerships with cross-functional teams to ensure data strategies align seamlessly with overarching business objectives, fostering synergy and collaboration across departments.
  • Present and explain reports and findings to team lead and other stakeholders. 
  • Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.
  • Conducting regular project reviews and assess compliance of Service Level Agreements and KPI’s to evaluate and  capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience managing and delivering multi-month projects or programs including work prioritization, planning, operations and process improvement. 
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
  • Strong knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, Unified Support Pricing, etc. 
  • Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to write, speak, interpret data, and create communications using PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Power BI and other tools.
  • Strong organizational, project coordination, task management, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to deal with an ambiguous, fast paced, and agile environment.
  • Proven integrity with excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field

  • A competitive pay range of $50-55 /hr (depending on experience).
  • 15 days per year of Paid Time Off (PTO).
